Six Flags to Pause on Justice League: Battle for Metropolis Dark Rides?

On July 12th, 2017; Six Flags Magic Mountain opened Justice League: Battle for Metropolis along with the Re-Opening of Riddler's Revenge. A B&M Stand-Up that was closed due to the construction from Justice League.

Justice League is a Sally Corporation Dark Ride. It features CGI Effects, Animatronics, Practical Effects, and Motion Vehicles. Sally Corporation has done all 6 Justice League Dark Rides. Personally, I haven't ridden any, but I've heard the one at Six Flags Magic Mountain is a good fit.

On July 11th, 2017; They held a Media event. Coaster101 a fellow Media Site had an interview with Sally Corporation CEO John Wood and Creative Designer Rich Hill. They asked numerous questions but the one question that surprised me was, "Are you able to tell me if there are any more Justice League rides coming for Six Flags, or any other projects for Sally coming up?" Coaster101 asked.

"I think that Six Flags is going to pause. I’m hoping it’s just a pause, but after three good hard years of rolling these out, I think they’re going to step back and see how the results are. But, we’re very hopeful that there’s more in the future." Sally Corporation CEO John Wood replied.

This Statement by John Wood caught me by surprise! Does this mean there is no Justice League Dark Ride for 2017? That means 2018 there might only be 1 cloned ride! The 4D S&S Free-Fly which I believe might be coming to my home Six Flags park, "Six Flags Discovery Kingdom".

So does this mean the parks rumored to get a Justice League, will get a different cloned ride? I doubt it. However, John Wood might just be throwing us off! They might still want to put in a Justice League, in fact, it might be one of the 5 Records Six Flags will be breaking but want it to be a secret?

Let me hear your thoughts. Thanks for tuning in, and Special Thanks to coaster101 for giving me permission to write this article. All quotes come from their article: http://www.coaster101.com/2017/07/11/how-sally-corp-builds-top-end-dark-rides-to-regional-parks-with-john-wood-and-rich-hill/

I'll keep you guys updated with what Sally Corporation has in plan for Justice League: Battle for Metropolis.
