Today I'll be reviewing Desert Storm at Castles N' Coasters in Phoenix Arizona. This is one of the only coasters in the state of Arizona. CT owner Matthew Silvas was fortunate enough to ride this coaster in 2014 so I'll give you my full review of this coaster based on my experience.

(PC- Eric Gieszl)

Something odd about this coasters is that the entrance to it is somewhat in the back part of the rides n' stuff section. So you'll have to go near the mini golf to find the entrance. When do you get in the station you realize that this park is somewhat "sketchy". Literally there are no announcements for when the ride is going to leave the station, no cubbies on the right platform, and no gates to stand behind. So enough about the station let's get onto the right experience. The lift Hill is incredibly slow so get ready for that. When you go down to drop you realize this ride is actually really smooth. It is forceless though until you going to the first in version which is pretty forceful. After that first inversion you go into A quick turnaround and then the deformed loop. This loop actually is deformed. It feels super odd going through it because it feels like an Immelman or a sidewinder but it's a loop. In your head jolts a tiny bit on that which is odd too. After the deformed loop go into to helixes and then the ride this over. You Will like this coaster. It may not seem much on paper but it is so photogenic in real life. I remember riding this and liking it. It is butter smooth, compact, and most important fun. Final score: 7/10. This may not be the best ride in the world, but it is still a good fit for Castles N' Coasters and a really fun ride.
